To make it easier for your contacts and other people to reach you and recognize who you are, the screen name you choose, your profile pictures, and your username (should you choose to set one) on aigenda are always public. If you do not create a username, a random username will be assigned by the system, which can be changed by you later.
3.2 Optional Data
You can add your preferred name to your aigenda profile if you wish to do so. You can also choose a username. If a username is not created, a random username will be assigned by the system, which you can change later.
3.3 Calendar Data
As a productivity app, aigenda accesses your calendar activities. This data is used to provide scheduling and productivity features.
3.4 AI Assistant Data
All data provided to the AI assistant can be used for large language model (LLM) and other improvements. All collected data will be impersonalized and used for research and development purposes to enhance the service.
3.5 Messages and Data Encryption
aigenda currently uses SSL encryption for data transmission. We do not offer end-to-end encryption at this time.

Your data is stored on our servers and is protected by SSL encryption. While we do our best to keep your data safe, please note that this is the first release of our app, and users may lose their data stored within the app or on our servers.

To prevent phishing, spam, and other kinds of abuse and violations of aigenda’s Terms of Service, our moderators may check messages that were reported to them by their recipients. If a spam report on a message you sent is confirmed by our moderators, your account may be limited from contacting strangers – temporarily or permanently.
5.4 Cross-Device Functionality
We may also store some aggregated metadata to create aigenda features that work across all your devices.
5.5 Advanced Features
We may use some aggregated data about how you use aigenda to build useful features. For example, when you open the Search menu, aigenda displays the people from your contacts that also use aigenda so you can message or interact with them in a box at the top of the screen. To do this, we request access to your contact list.

We don’t use your data for ad targeting or other commercial purposes. aigenda only stores the information it needs to function as a secure and feature-rich service.

If aigenda receives a court order that confirms you’re a terror suspect, or if required by law, we may disclose your IP address, phone number, and all other user data to the relevant authorities without notification to you or requesting your permission.

8.Deleting Data
8.1 Accounts
If you would like to delete your account, you can do this by contacting our support team. Deleting your account removes all messages, media, contacts, and every other piece of data you store in aigenda. This action must be confirmed via your aigenda account and cannot be undone.
8.2 Messages
You can choose to delete a message for all participants within at least 48 hours after sending. Otherwise, deleting a message will delete it from your message history. This means that a copy will stay on the server as part of your partner’s message history. As soon as your partner deletes it too, it’s gone forever.
8.3 Account Self-Destruction
By default, if you stop using aigenda and do not come online for at least 12 months, your account will be deleted along with all messages, media, contacts, and every other piece of data you store in aigenda.
